In this position you will be responsible for Technical Training of customers & employees in Swedish and English, with a focus on either Washer Disinfectors or Sterilizers. National and international travel is estimated to around 30-60 days per year.
• Lead courses and technical training programs for employees, distributors and customers
• Heading up the EMEA trainer network within applicable product area.
• Analyze collected data on regional business needs and strategic initiatives and based on this put together the yearly training plan for EMEA together with the Training Manager.
• Give recommendations on required products and facilities when new training programs are initiated.
Support BCU by providing input during training material development.

The position is located in Getinge outside Halmstad and limited travel is required. You will be reporting to the Manager Academic Nordic.
The ideal candidate
Our ideal candidate has at least three years’ experience from working with Washer Disinfectors or Sterilizers. In addition to this you should have experience from technical training of adults. You have full proficiency in Swedish and English both written and spoken, knowledge of other languages, is a plus.
As a person you have excellent social and pedagogic skills and a passion for meeting, help develop and coach people. You have a practical and technical interest and you enjoy taking lead in the classroom. Your dynamism and strong collaboration skills enable you to develop our employees and customers to the next level. Further, you have an interest in working with continuous improvements and an ambition to contribute to a world-class training.
