This role will be based in Düsseldorf. Our department is searching for a

Senior Trading Exchange Analyst (m/f)

Responsibilities

  • Processing of all types of European and US wide Exchange-traded Derivative products in the relevant Trading Systems and documentation of the controls
  • Daily reconciliation of clearing reports, creation of monthly reports
  • Resolving discrepancies with Front Office, Exchanges and Clearing Banks
  • OTC Margining and Exchange Margining
  • Participating in implementation projects for new products and markets
  • Support of the Process Management Department for the Internal Control System (ICS)

Qualifications

  • Commercial education is required, preferably a degree in Business Administration or comparable career
  • Several years of working experience in Back Office for Derivative products (energy or financial sector). Knowledge of different Exchanges like NordPool, ICE, Nymex and EEX would be an advantage
  • Project leader or project work experience
  • High dependability and thoroughness
  • Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of additional languages would be advantageous
  • Strong communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • You need to be ready to take responsibility, work well as part of a team and be able to stay focussed in times of pressure
