Scania IT is currently undergoing a very exciting change towards an increasingly operational- and flow-oriented approach in which Agile methods and fixed high-performance development teams are key components. Now is the perfect time to join this exciting journey.
The Order to Delivery (O2D) department within Scania IT is responsible for developing and managing IT support systems within Scania’s entire flow from customer order to logistics, production, delivery and invoicing, as well as industrial maintenance. As a person you are structured, socially skilled and customer oriented and have good communication skills. You are happy working in a team, but are also capable of working independently. Furthermore you are proactive, take initiative and ownership, and have the drive to move our delivery forward. You probably have a background as a Scrum Master and/or technical responsible, maintenance manager or IT project lead. Scrum-certification PSM (professional Scrum master) and/or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) is an advantage.
As a Scania employee, you in addition to personal and professional development opportunities, are offered benefits such as company car, mutual bonus, occupational pension, flexible working hours, lunch at reduced prices and much more.
