Our department "Integration & Transformation" is searching for a
Portfolio Officer for Trading Transformation (m/f)
Responsibilities
Proactively identify, manage and track portfolio and programme dependencies, risks and issues
Optimising project portfolio through challenge and scrutiny of project proposals and elaboration of options for project prioritisation
Working closely with the Quality Assurance function to provide pragmatic support and challenge to projects going through Assurance Gates
Facilitating the activities of the Transformation Programmes and of the Transformation Governance Organisation by providing analysis, commentary and recommendations
Ensuring deliverability of the overall project portfolio by creating transparency over project resource utilisation and by providing advise on resource optimisation
Working closely with the Transformation Programmes and the Project Office to report on portfolio and programme progress
Working closely with Finance Controlling to ensure that portfolio budget is properly allocated, tracked and reported
Establishing strong working relationships and building up knowledge in designated business areas within the Transformation Programme
Supporting the Transformation Programmes in planning activities aimed at refreshing the 3-year Transformation Roadmap
Qualifications
University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or similar discipline
3 to 5 years of relevant business experience in programme management or portfolio management, with good understanding of programme management methods, standards and practices
Self starter: able to spot gaps and issues and drive solutions to meet needs of programmes
Pragmatic: able to blend best practice with real world delivery; flexible in a fast paced environment
High level of commitment and team spirit
Strong communication: able to modify style to get the best out of EET’s multicultural environment, at ease when interfacing with senior management
Strong stakeholder management
Experience within a trading environment and/or energy sector preferred but not essential
Fluent in English
