Our department "Transfer Price Agreements and Position Calculation Gas&Oil" is searching for a
Portfolio Analyst for Transfer Price Agreements and Position Calculation Gas & Oil (m/f)
Responsibilities
Develop an in-depth knowledge of our asset portfolios ant the related exposures a variety of commodities, in particular financial gas, oil and coal
Identify key value drivers and risks in EET’s energy portfolio in order to develop, implement and maintain E.ON wide and EET internal steering mechanisms
Create value through identifying and capturing cross-commodity and cross-regional opportunities
Develop, implement and maintain day-to-day optimization models in order to create visibility of E.ON's asset positions
Develop strategies for the allocation of risk capital based on risk/return analysis
Leverage your economic, quantitative and technical skills in one of Europe’s biggest energy portfolios
Work in a highly motivated international team that is committed to resolving complex commercial issues
Continuously develop and share your knowledge and skills
Work near to the heart of E.ON
Qualifications
A university degree or equivalent in economics, mathematics, engineering or similar
Strong communication and team-work skills
Good sense of humor
Fluent in English plus one other European language
Experience of trading, risk management or energy economics and/or knowledge of the European energy markets
