Inside Sales Northern Europe for u-blox

We are looking for an experienced sales specialist to be responsible for our inbound traffic and to manage selected customers for the assigned geographical area: UK, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Baltic Countries. Location can be either Malmö, Sweden or Espoo, Finland. 

You will market and sell the whole u-blox portfolio to the assigned customer base mainly by telephone and email interaction, advising customers on the appropriate product selection, providing technical advice, whilst co-operating closely with other departments and in particular Sales Managers, FAEs and Sales Administration.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of the market position of u-blox in the respective area and to our strong profitable growth by expanding our penetration within small and medium sized companies.



Deal efficiently with the inbound traffic for the assigned area to qualify new sales opportunities and provide a timely and satisfactory reply to the customers’ enquiries

Qualification of leads into opportunities

Management of selected accounts with a process oriented approach, coordinating with the responsible area sales manager

Close cooperation, especially with Sales Managers, FAEs and Sales Administration, to ensure outstanding customer service and to the broad base of u-blox’ small accounts

Making commercial and technical proposals, closing orders

Maintain and analyze customer data

Support web shop and other internet activities aimed at supporting the broad u-blox customer base

Improve the online and self-support resources for customers using their feedback

Be aware of both current and future market trends



Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales of technology products in the B2B sector

Good understanding of electronics via a technology study (Electrical Engineering degree or similar) or equivalent work experience

Excellent English skills; strong preference for a candidate fluent in at least one more Nordic language (Swedish, Finnish, Danish)

Excellent customer relationship building skills and strong negotiation talent

Eloquent communication skills and good analytical capabilities

Ability to work independently and self-organized

Limited travel requirements (-10%)
