About the position

Are you looking for a possibility of putting your IT skills into practise and supporting others at the same time? Are you a problem solver with a can-do mindset who enjoys the possibility of helping others and solving challenges within the IT-area?

We are looking for a person who would like to become a part of our skilled and diverse IT-team in Lund. The team operates with colleagues nationally and globally on a day to day basis and we would now like to strengthen our team with a person who can make further contributions in this area. In this role, you would take on a 2nd line IT-support position in a fast-moving environment where you would use your knowledge and skills to support people in IT related queries.

Your responsibilities involve:

  • Manage cases in the ticketing system ServiceDesk Plus
  • Solve issues as 2nd line support
  • Dispatch support cases to other IT management teams
  • Support users in the Lund office on a 1st line level (although not as a primary task)
  • Assist 3rd line support in various IT- projects and cases


To be successful in this role we believe that you have the following qualifications:

  • 2-3 years’ experience from a similar position, or an exam from a KY / YH – education center
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products such as Windows7, Windows10, Office, Active Directory: User administration, rights/permissions
  • Exchange basic knowledge
  • Knowledge of installation and configuration of Microsoft Windows Server and Server Administration
  • Basic knowledge of VPN client, end-user troubleshooting 
  • Basic understanding of network in an enterprise environment (Wifi, routers, switches, firewalls etc.)
  • Basic PC hardware knowledge
  • Fluent skills in English
