Global Consumer Experience are responsible for securing attractive consumer offerings, both in terms of what we offer: cars and services, and how we offer them: a seamless consumer journey and development of the business model. We are looking for two Analysts Consumer Data!
The purpose of the role is to lead and develop the area of Customer Databases. You will deliver insights based on intelligent data analyses from existing sources but also explore new creative approaches within the area. Part of the role is to also secure strong communication and sharing to support consumer centric decision.

Who are we?
Market Intelligence (MI) is the unique provider of vital information and insights on consumers, competitors and markets within Volvo Car Group. MI guides and influences all major Volvo Car Group business decisions with its knowledge, conclusions and recommendations on consumers, competitors and markets.

The Market Intelligence department is a global organization and a part of Product Strategy, GCE. You will report to the Senior Manager MI Headquarter Team, based in Gothenburg.

Your main responsibilities

  • Full responsibility of the studies/databases in the Customer area, such as NCBS, IACS, Psyma and the J D Power studies – continuous development, planning, execution, analysis and reporting. Secure a strong leadership of the external research agencies and a strong leadership in delivering insights and recommendations to the stakeholder organizations
  • Participating as Volvo Cars representative in the syndicates/clubs running these studies
  • Develop and implement new deliverables based on stakeholder needs.
  • Communicate cross Volvo Cars the customer insights based on data analyses
  • Support the programs with relevant data
  • Create analytical and communicative visualizations

Who are you?

Required qualifications

  • Master or equivalent university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Statistics or Behavioral Sciences
  • Advanced knowledge and/or experience of customer research techniques and methodologies
  • Leadership qualities and project management skills and experience
  • Excellent analytical (quantitative and qualitative) skills, to structure and analyze information and draw meaningful conclusions
  • Well experienced in analytical tools, like SPSS, SAS, mTAB or similar tools
  • Fluent in English written and spoken, other languages are an advantage.

As a person you have good communication and planning skills. You have a personal integrity and experience and skills to drive partners and suppliers.
