API Management Team Member

Description

Tetra Pak Global Information Management (Global IM) supports the Tetra Pak Group with all aspects of Information Management. We set the information management strategy and standards and work together with Tetra Pak’s Global Process Owners to automate our business processes making sure we run projects & services that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its customers. Global IM has approx. 750 employees in four main sites: Chakan in India, Lund in Sweden, Denton in the USA and in Singapore.

Services play an important role in our portfolio helping to address our customer operational needs, such as performance improvements and cost reduction.

API Mgmt Team is responsible for the maintenance and management of API Platform.  The candidate’s role will include the standard service analyst position, responsible for processing Incidents and Service Requests, in addition to Project engagements and CI Development GAPs.

This positions will be located in Lund. Travelling not more than 30 days per year is expected.

Main responsibilities

  • Engagement and support of Project and CI efforts
  • Analyzes incidents to identify service restoration actions to be taken
  • Assists with classification and prioritization of incidents
  • Assists others with identifying the impact of incidents
  • Takes incident resolution actions to restore service to customers
  • Incident investigation and diagnosis (including resolution where possible)
  • The resolution and recovery of assigned Incidents
  • Monitoring the status and progress towards resolution of assigned Incidents
  • Process Service Requests
  • Keeping affected business partners informed about progress

Qualifications

  • A university degree or a diploma from a specialized school
  • Minimum 2 years of experience doing hands on work on projects in developing API proxies and configuration policies on APIGEE Edge
  • Minimum 2 years of full lifecycle of API Management implementation
  • API proxies and configure policies on APIGEE Edge 
  • API Specs using Swagger specifications
  • Java Script, JSON, REST
  • Authentication processes and OAUTH
  • TLS and certificates
  • Linux/MySQL
